Torbjørn is a Full Professor and Head of Production and Operations Management at ETH Zurich. He is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council and a Fellow of the European Academy for Industrial Management. His award-winning research on manufacturing excellence appears in top journals. He co-authored the textbook "Introduction to Manufacturing" and co-founded EthonAI, an AI startup for quality management.

Fabrizio Salvador is a leading expert in operations management and mass customisation. He is the Professor of Operations Management and Vice-Rector for Applied Research at EI Business School in Madrid. Fabrizio’s award-winning research has been published in top academic outlets such as MIT Sloan Management Review and the Journal of Operations Management. He is a co-author of the book Information Management for Mass Customisation and has collaborated with numerous companies to harness digital technologies, including DHL, IBM, John Deere, Tetra Pak, and Unilever.
