Tilo Schwarz

Tilo Schwarz is a leadership coach, author, and founder who helps organizations and managers drive change and empower teams for continuous improvement and peak performance. As a former plant manager at a leading German power-tool manufacturer, Tilo and his team embraced Toyota Kata as part of Mike Rother's groundbreaking research in 2006, embedding continuous improvement into everyday routines across all processes. This approach led to prestigious wins, including the A.T. Kearney "Factory of the Year" award and the WHU/INSEAD Industrial Excellence Award. Tilo is also the co-founder of the Campus for Leaders at the University of Applied Science Ansbach and author of several books on coaching and Toyota Kata.
